What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years shipping production systems (search, recommendations, ML, or infrastructure)
- Track record building 0→1 — side projects, startups, or products from scratch
- High agency — you see problems and solve them without being asked
- Ready to work in-person in NYC and own critical infrastructure from day one
- Strong with AI tools — passionate
