Abstract

This paper presents a complete and rigorous formulation of a unified cosmic dynamics framework—the Theory of Geometric Tension Equilibrium (GTE) —originally conceptualized by Fuk Choi Lui. The GTE framework entirely eliminates the necessity for non-baryonic dark matter and exotic physical singularities. We propose that the physical vacuum is not an abstract geometric void, but a continuous topological superfluid entity endowed with rigid underlying hardware specifications, a maximum tensile limit (the Planck tension, FP), and an intrinsic information transfer frequency (the vacuum speed of light, c), collectively termed the "Primordial Field. " Matter and mass are explicitly defined as localized, high-energy topological knots that reside and solidify directly upon this geometric fabric. By resolving the universal gravitational constant G as a rigid projection of the field's maximum tensile limit via G = c⁴/FP, this theory successfully derives the flat nature of galactic rotation curves, provides a self-consistent mechanism for the formation of large-scale cosmic voids, and establishes a non-singular, finite geometric density upper bound for black holes. When cross-examined against the SPARC database, the GTE framework achieves precise dual-dimensional agreement across multiple mass scales without employing any free fitting parameters.
