Theodore P. Abraham

Theodore P. Abraham is a cardiologist and the Meyer Friedman Distinguished Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, where he directs the adult cardiac echocardiography laboratory and co-directs the HCM Center of Excellence. He previously served on the faculty at Johns Hopkins University for 14 years, founding the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center of Excellence and the Athletic Heart Clinic there. His research focuses on echocardiography for early diagnosis and risk prediction in cardiomyopathies.
