Roman W. DeSanctis

Roman W. DeSanctis, MD, was the Evelyn and James Jenks and Paul Dudley White Distinguished Professor of Medicine, emeritus, at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He served as Director of Clinical Cardiology at MGH from 1981 to 1998 and acting chief of the Cardiac Unit from 1989 to 1991. He practiced cardiology at MGH for over 60 years until retiring in 2014.
