He served as the Director of the Division of Cardiovascular Imaging and Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Radiology and Radiological Science at MUSC. He contributed to advancements in non-invasive cardiovascular and thoracic imaging using CT and MRI techniques until his passing in 2025.
