In this article ve intend to reveal the aesthetic orientation of the bessarabian writer Ion Druţă towards the mythology of romanian folklore, an essential peculiarity of his artistic way, in the tendency to transfigure problems, aspects of life from the current reality of the bessarabian village, at certain turning points of history. In this vein, in several of Druţă's works, a specific archetypal atmosphere is revealed, determined by customs, rituals, tradition from the life of the people, with implication in the spre of balladry, in accordance with the prinsiples of popular aesthetics, but also through a modern aesthetic vision. The mioritic element is resized in the interior, predisposes the author to lirical resurrection and discernment, individualizes sertain states, emotional experiences, creative motives, ontological dimensions, in order to deepen an existential-balance. In Ion Druţă's writings, mioritic suggestion manifest themselves as a way of lirical incursion, into the existential mysteries of human existence, guiding the reader towards a state of nostalgic solitude, in order to further determine the clances of surival of the nation and its passage through the vicissitudes of historical times.
