This work analyzes the main problems related to regulations and laws concerning cross-border electronic commerce. It employs qualitative review of existing literature and case studies to outline crucial barriers such as logistical and legal as well as culture-based barriers. The study’s conclusions focus on the need to streamline regulations and enhance the digital frameworks to facilitate international trade. The research results are fundamental in guiding policymakers and business stakeholders attempting to strengthen the systems of cross-border electronic commerce to maximize market access.
