The article addresses the issue of police officers’ well-being, analyzing their job satisfaction levels, stress levels, and organizational support in their work. The aim of the study was to identify key factors influencing the psychological and physical well-being of police officers, with particular emphasis on demographic differences such as age, gender, and workplace. The study employed a survey method, involving 240 police officers with varying lengths of service. The analysis confirmed that demographic variables significantly affect the well-being of police officers. The results also indicate significant correlations between stress levels and job satisfaction, with organizational support being a key factor in mitigating the effects of stress and improving overall well-being. The study provides empirical foundations for designing organizational measures aimed at improving working conditions and well-being in the police force.
