Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a cutaneous adverse reaction commonly triggered by medications. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed cases of AGEP following monotherapy using the FDA Adverse events reporting database. We find that majority of the offending agents were antibiotics, analgesics, and antifungals while anticonvulsants, cardiovascular medications, and antimalarials were also implicated.
