The article surveys modern technologies of strategic management in the development of alternative energy enterprises. It is specified that efficient functioning of enterprises in the renewable energy sector requires the implementation of modern approaches to strategic management based on adaptability, flexibility, digitalization of management processes, and sustainable resource use. A generalization of key strategic analysis methods used in the process of strategic management of alternative energy enterprises is presented. It is proved that the comprehensive application of such approaches allows for not only a deep assessment of the internal potential of the enterprise and the external environment in which it operates but also for the formulation of adaptive development strategies considering dynamic market changes, regulatory policies, and technological trends. It is determined that the improvement of strategic management in Ukraine’s alternative energy sector must be based on a comprehensive consideration of global experience and the specifics of the national context. The formation of adaptive, flexible models that can ensure stability and development for enterprises in challenging conditions caused by military actions and economic instability is particularly relevant. It has been concluded that strategic management of the development of alternative energy enterprises serves as a key instrument for ensuring energy security, innovative growth, and sustainable development. In the context of growing global challenges, including the ecological crisis, instability of traditional energy sources, and military risks, the formation of adaptive strategies that combine digital solutions, ESG principles, and strategic controlling tools is becoming especially important. The examined modern technologies of strategic management in the development of alternative energy enterprises prove the necessity of a systematic approach to management in the field of renewable energy sources (RES). The proposed methodological approach to assessing the efficiency of strategy implementation based on an integral indicator allows for a comprehensive analysis of the results of the enterprise’s strategic development and making informed decisions regarding its improvement.
