The simulation is performed using the basic principles of the plasticity theory of an elastoplastic, incompressible, hardening material in a DEFORM software package based on the finite element method. The variation in stress intensity and extrusion forces depending on the technology modes is studied. As a result of the study and processing of the results using the multifactorial experimental planning method, the dependences of the pressure on the relative diameter of the hole, the degree of deformation, the rate of deformation and friction coefficient during the reverse extrusion of a thick-walled pipe billet are obtained.
