Puskesmas (Community Health Center) is a basic health care institution at the forefront of efforts to provide health services to the community. In Padang City, Puskesmas has an essential role in public health services. The socialization activity aims to see the implementation of Puskesmas management. It is expected to solve various existing problems and positively improve the quality of health services at Puskesmas. The results of the socialization and evaluation showed that after the socialization, 85% of participants had a better understanding of puskesmas governance, compared to 40%. Before this activity was conducted. Implementing service quality standards improved service efficiency, patient satisfaction, and digital medical record management. Services that previously faced administrative constraints and limited human resources began to improve, with increased effectiveness of the queuing system and accelerated patient service times. In addition, technology in recording digital medical records started to be implemented in several puskesmas involved in this program. This facilitates the recording of patient data and increases efficiency in medical information storage.
