Motivation: Prostate cancer is the second most common malignant tumor among elderly men worldwide. Goal(s): To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of combining Synthetic MRI, Amide Proton Transfer (APT) imaging, and Multiplexed Sensitivity Encoding DWI (MUSE DWI) in distinguishing between benign and malignant prostate lesions. Approach: 37 patients were enrolled (16 with malignant tumors, 21 with benign lesions). T1, T2, PD, APT, and ADC were measured and analyzed. Results: All models based on multiparametric MRI outperformed individual indicators, with the highest AUC of 0.958 achieved by the model combining T1, T2, APT, and ADC. Impact: This study demonstrates the clinical value of using multiparametric MRI, incorporating Synthetic MRI, APT, and MUSE DWI, for improving differentiation between benign and malignant prostate diseases.
