Approach: The gradient eddy current measuring device utilizes coaxial cables to construct coil units and compares the channels crosstalk with traditional copper coils. Results: The device leverages the shielding effect of coaxial cables to reduce mutual interference between coils. With a a power crosstalk ratio above 30dB between any two units, the channel isolation is higher than that of traditional copper coils. Impact: By precisely quantifying the magnitude and distribution of eddy currents, MRI system engineers and researchers can develop effective correction algorithms that mitigate their impact on image quality. A dedicated eddy current measurement device necessitates a high-isolation to acquire MR signals.
