The present paper explores the views and experiences of participant learners in apprenticeship, a process known as a post-secondary educational level program addressed to Vocational education (VE) graduate learners. The research focuses on the recording of the learners’ experiences, either positive or negative, from their involvement in apprenticeship. To achieve this goal, a mixed method approach was employed, using a questionnaire distributed to learners of Larissa region and interviews conducted with teachers also involved in apprenticeship, in order to record their views on the apprenticeship process and implementation. The data analysis reveal interesting results on the research issues.
