A year-long light trap study records three neuropteran mantidfly species, namely Euclimacia nodosa, Mantispilla indica, and an unidentified Mantispilla sp. from the sub-Himalayan Terai region of West Bengal. Among the three species, a colour variant of rare wasp-mimicking mantidfly E. nodosa, and an unknown species of Mantispilla, are significant. A redescription of all three species, with illustrations, is provided, which will enrich information about neuropteran fauna from this biodiverse landscape.
