The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for improving anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises. The main objectives of the work are: analysis of the current state of anti-crisis management in agriculture; assessment of internal and external challenges facing modern enterprises in the agricultural sector; formulation of directions for improving anti-crisis management for agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the integrated approach to studying the current state of the anti-crisis management system of agriculture in Russia, identifying interrelated risk factors and developing practical tools to minimize the negative consequences of crisis phenomena. An important element of scientific novelty is the justification of the need for an integrated approach to solving current problems of the industry through a combination of methodological approaches focused on sustainable development, financial stability and technological renewal. As a result of the study, the main internal and external problems of the development of the agricultural sector were identified. The global changes affecting the development of the industry are defined, including the globalization of the world agricultural market, the growth of climate risks and natural disasters, changes in consumer preferences as a result of urbanization and demographic shifts, the growth of prices for agricultural raw materials, energy resources and fertilizers. The analysis of the problems of anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises is carried out and the main directions for their solution are identified. The hypothesis of this study is the assumption that the reason for the low efficiency of anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises in Russia is a set of factors, including both internal organizational, technical and financial- economic problems, and negative external factors. To solve existing problems, it is necessary to introduce new approaches to the formation and application of anti-crisis management mechanisms.
