The paper deals with the water supply systems in the Coastal region, which is a tourist area, and where there are significant changes in the functioning parameters of the water supply system in winter and summer. Analyzes of water losses, i.e. non-revenue water, as the difference between produced and sold water, in the period 2015-2022, and key IP for non-revenue water, quarterly, as indicators of system functioning efficiency, are given. The reduction of non-revenue water by applying an increased level of operation on the network to eliminate faults, determined the course of reducing losses for the next period in order to bring them to a level where they do not reflect on efficiency, i.e. functionality of the entire system. In chapter 3, a general monitoring model for the management of water supply systems in the region is given, with an emphasis on emergency situations due to insufficient water supply.
