On the issue of improving administrative responsibility for copyright infringement

The article analyzes the institute of administrative responsibility for violations of copyright and related rights. Special attention is paid to the problem of administrative and legal protection of personal non-property rights of the author. The author offers legal and technical solutions to improve the designs of the existing structures of administrative offenses infringing on copyright and related rights, including the allocation and specification of admi-nistrative responsibility for violation of personal non-property rights of the author
