This research tests the transformational leadership model and Islamic work ethics on employee productivity with motivation as an intervening variable with a descriptive quantitative model using a questionnaire. The research population was employees of Kopsyah Rabani. Using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, 145 samples were obtained. Research was processed using WarpPLS 8.0 software. Direct testing shows that transformational leadership has no effect on motivation, Islamic work ethics has an effect on motivation, transformational leadership has an effect on employee productivity, Islamic work ethics has no effect on employee productivity and motivation has been proven to have an effect on employee productivity. Indirect testing shows that transformational leadership has no effect on employee productivity which is mediated by motivation and Islamic work ethics has an effect on employee productivity which is mediated by motivation. In developing Human Resources (SDI), it is necessary to institutionally internalize Islamic work ethics, so that it can be a motivation and inspiration for employees to increase their productivity.
