The article examines the issue of emotional intelligence and coping strategies in adolescence. An empirical study was conducted with students of the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy of AltSPU. The results of a study of the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping strategies are presented. The features of emotional intelligence and coping strategies among 1st and 4th year students were identified.
