The article is devoted to the problems of improving staff motivation as the main factor in increasing labor productivity. The success of the functioning and sustainability of the organization's development largely depends on the effectiveness of the personnel management system and on the personnel motivation system. If the organization's staff is positively motivated and their remuneration is adequate for work, then this leads to an increase in labor productivity and an improvement in the quality of products.
