Xu Hướng Quy Định Về Nguyên Tắc Loại Trừ Chứng Cứ Trong Tố Tụng Hình Sự Hoa Kỳ, Châu Âu Và Việt Nam

This article briefly introduces theoretical perspectives on the rule of exclusion of evidence, as well as points out the trends in which it is approached in Vietnam, America and some typical countries in Europe. Finally, the article concludes with recommendations for applying and improving the exclusionary rules in Vietnamese criminal procedure law.
