Control (Supervisory) Activities under the Laws of the Russian Federation: Types, Content and Application Purposes

The article discusses the main types of control (supervisory) measures carried out in the Russian Federation in accordance with current legislation. Their content, legal bases, goals and objectives are revealed. The author analyzes the features and differences of various types of control and supervision. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework and application practice, the essence and importance of control (supervisory) measures to ensure the legality, efficiency and effectiveness of the activities of state bodies, local governments, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are considered.
