The concept of beneficial ownership: theory and practice of application

The author will conduct a comparative study of contemporary issues of development and application of the concept of “beneficial ownership” within legal systems of leading countries of Anglo-American law and “economic ownership” in legal orders of the countries of Roman-German legal traditions. The focus of the work will be on the issues of influence of restrictive measures of some countries and international entities on the legal relations and mechanisms in the sphere.
