As such, it has gone through several stages of coordination to ensure the rational use of resources. Russia’s national strategy is characterized by the fact that raw materials play an important role in the country’s economic structure. However, Russia is also bound to change due to climate and environmental change. In order to understand how Russia can shift its policy priorities in the process of climate and environmental change, it is necessary to study the current situation and policy changes in Russia.
