Abstract The main aim of the study was to investigate the impact of digital transformation on organizational culture and the roles played by leadership styles in mediating this impact. The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach as the most suitable methodology for the study. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling from employees working in Saudi business organizations. The researcher used the questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. The results of the study demonstrated a positive impact of digital transformation on organizational culture in various Saudi institutions. Furthermore, the research results showed an impact of digital transformation on organizational culture in light of leadership styles as mediating variables.
