The Problem of Education in Russia in the Period of Construction of Saint Petersburg (the First Quarter of the 18th Century)

The article is devoted to the problem of education during the reign of Peter the Great on the example of construction of Saint Petersburg. The author reviews some problems of organization and performance of construction works that revealed the need for reformation and creation of a system of education in Russia.
