A company must have clear goals when it is founded. Companies strive to generate the greatest profits, benefit their owners, and increase their value. The value of a company can provide an overview of the company's condition. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of company size, capital structure and profitability on the value of telecommunications companies in Indonesia. The population in this research is telecommunications companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The number of samples in this research was 10 telecommunications companies. Determination of the sample was obtained using purposive sampling. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that company size does not have a significant influence on company value. Meanwhile, capital structure and profitability have an insignificant influence on company value.
