This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, workload, and rewards on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at an LPG distributor in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Employee performance is key to achieving company goals, reflecting commitment and contribution to the company's vision. Effective leadership plays a role in influencing employee behavior, while a heavy workload, especially for drivers and helpers, can reduce motivation and productivity. Reward strategies are necessary to retain quality employees. The study used cluster sampling with 105 respondents and was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that leadership, workload, and rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, work motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership, workload, and rewards on employee performance. The study recommends that companies balance workload to maintain employee well-being and productivity.
