Implementation of Sub-district Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) in Candi Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency

This research to analyze the implementation of integrated sub-district administrative services in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research selected informants using a purposive sampling method. Data collection uses three techniques, namely data obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. The analytical technique used in analyzing this research is implementation through Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The research results show that communication in the Candi District Government in providing PATENT services is optimal, namely through direct and indirect communication. The resources owned by the Candi District Government are not optimal because the service space is still not large enough to provide services to the community. The disposition given is optimal, namely employees can understand the leadership's instructions clearly. The bureaucratic structure in PATEN services is optimal, namely there is clarity in the bureaucratic structure and there are standard operating procedures (SOP) for providing PATEN services
