Analysis of Academic Supervision in Improving the Professional Competency of Teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Krian

This research aims to describe how academic supervision is carried out by the head of Muhammadiyah 6 Krian Middle School and the forms of academic supervision at Muhammadiyah 6 Krian Middle School. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Krian.
