Social media plays a role in the development of a cafe. Cafe business people use Instagram as a medium to disseminate information with the aim of attracting consumers. This also happened to Red Coffee and Plants which used Instagram as a medium for disseminating information. This research aims to look at the dimensions of social media marketing contained in the Instagram account @redcoffee.id. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations on the Instagram account @redcoffee.id and uses purposive sampling. Researchers used analytical techniques from Miles & Huberman, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research reveal that there is a social media marketing dimension in the Instagram account @redcoffee.id. The existing dimensions include interaction, share of content, accessibility, and credibility.
