An Industrial Design as Intellectual Property Under the Laws of the Republic of Belarus

In this article, the authors have made an attempt at giving a short description of such intellectual deliverable as an industrial design and listed some issues that are controversial on the practical level by reviewing an industrial design from the standpoint of purely formal expert examination existing in the Republic of Belarus and expert examination limits.
