Exploration and Practice of Enterprise Transformation of Social Work Organisations: Paths, Challenges and Strategies

With the development of social work in China and the gradual improvement of the market economic system, the entrepreneurial transformation of social work agencies has become an inevitable trend. In this context, this paper discusses in depth the path, challenges and strategies of the entrepreneurial transformation of social work agencies in China.
