Implementation of the Attendance System at PG-TK AISYIYAH VI as Teacher Absence Data Collection

PG-TK AISYIYAH, with limited information system facilities, developed a web-based Attendance System to improve efficiency and practicality in attendance data collection. This system automatically records names, times, and notes. An analysis of the school and teacher data was conducted to enhance management and performance evaluation. Designed for smoother and easier attendance, the system underwent blackbox testing, focusing on system validation, reactions to inputs, and external aspects like interface and functionality. Blackbox testing identified and corrected issues, ensuring the system meets the school's needs. As a result, PG-TK AISYIYAH can optimize attendance data collection, improve operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and strengthen human resource management.
