Impact of the Management Plan and the "ribeirinho" way of life on the architectural housing project of APA Baía Negra in Ladário/MS

Housing is a fundamental right of every citizen for a dignified life. So, the aim of this study was to identify the factors that interfere with project decisions regarding the housing design for the "ribeirinho" population of Baía Negra Environmental Protection Area. The method used was: a literature review; data collection through questionnaires and visits; and reports from the professionals who worked on the social housing technical assistance projects. A set of factors that interfered in the process was identified and their systematization can contribute to greater detail in the Conservation Unit's management plan.
