The 664-page book, rich in images, diagrams and tables, is almost an atlas that describes anatomy of everything contained in the head and neck region. To understand the variety of topics and therefore the interest of the many specialists, doctors and surgeons who must know this territory well to carry out their profession, just look at the list of the nine sections in which the whole content is distributed: 1. Face; 2. Nose and sinuses; 3. Orbit; 4. Temporal Bone; 5. Skull base; 6. Oral Cavity; 7. Suprahyoid and infra-hyoid neck; 8. Cranial Nerves; 9. Spine.Within each of the section the anatomy is described starting from diagnostic imaging and connecting radiological examinations, diagrams and clinical information in the production of a book/atlas, in which the text is essential and concise in order to achieve the best educational result. In conclusion I suggest the acquisition of this text primarily to neuroradiologist and radiologists interested in the head and neck region, whether they are in training or practicing. The interest of the book clearly extends to all the many practitioners and specialists who deal with prevention, diagnosis and therapy of diseases that are located in this complex area.
