Administrative Law Combating of Alcohol Abuse as a Method of Protection of Public Health

The article is devoted to the issues of administrative and legal regulation of the prevention of alcoholism, treatment of alcohol abusers, as well as measures to suppress illegal behavior associated with the use and circulation of alcohol. The issue of changing the legislation regulating the work of medical sobering-up stations is raised, and issues of the competence of government bodies in connection with countering excessive alcohol consumption are also examined.
