The Admissibility of Recognizing an Act Formally Bearing the Elements of a Crime, as Stipulated by Article 116.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as Insignificant

The article considers the question of admissibility of application of the provisions of part 2 of article 14 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to the act formally containing signs of a crime under article 116.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article substantiates the conclusion about the possibility of assessment of battery by a person who has been subjected to administrative punishment or has a criminal record as an insignificant act.
