Abstract To address wind power curtailment and high carbon emissions in power systems, this paper proposes a low-carbon economic dispatch model for an electricity-gas system with carbon capture technology. It integrates a carbon storage system, thermal power, wind power, and P2G units, aiming to minimize daily operating costs while adhering to operational constraints. This interconnected approach enhances the system’s low-carbon and economic efficiency.
