This article focuses on the role and relevance of joint stock companies in the development of the capital market. The possibilities of diversifying the mechanism of financing the activities of joint-stock companies through the development of the national capital market have been studied. In the following years, the stock market trading volume, the participation of joint-stock companies in stock trading was analyzed.
