The report presented activities implemented under the Erasmus+ Program, Key action 1 on the topic ‘ICT in а green classroom – a factor for cognitive development’. It represents a successful combination of modern digital educational resources with traditional in open pedagogical practices in all age groups in different subject. The educational possibilities of the Giant Illuminated Mark Making Board, Mini Mark Making boards and Sensory Illuminated Writing Boards, fluorescent pens, digital microscopes, water and sand play table, QR code scanning, eco kit for developing children’s number sense from an early age are revealed. These are just some of the tools with which children work with ease. Teachers have the skills to integrate ICT tools and resources in outdoor teaching and learning. Project activities help to more actively develop children’s social-emotional skills and competencies, teamwork, as well as promoting creativity and critical thinking. Key competencies are developed to create a positive environment and positive relationships, improved teamwork and work atmosphere. STEAM as an approach integrates learning in the fi elds of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. It allows kindergarten children to move beyond the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and focus on practical application of what they have learned. Their active learning skills are developed through observation, exploration and experimentation.
