Interpersonal communication is a critical skill in the socialization process of adolescents. It is the only way that individual human has relationship with others. Good interpersonal relationships are beneficial to the physical and mental development of adolescents. However, in recent years, a series of mental health problems are generated because of adolescents interpersonal communication . This article mainly analyzes the main factors that cause adolescents' social barriers from the aspects of interpersonal relationships in school and family relationships .A survey is made that includes seven daily questions about interpersonal relationship in these two aspects . The results of these studies can directly exhibit the results of a part of adolescents present situation in making friends and make people pay more attention to the interpersonal communication and mental health of adolescents.
