Organization of Preschool Teacher Training to Meet Implementation Capacity Consistent With Innovation in Preschool Education

Although the Preschool Education Program has not been officially issued to replace the Preschool Education Program defined in consolidated document No. 01/VBHN-BGDDT dated April 13, 2021, in the school year 2024-2025, the Ministry of Education and Training has developed the pilot in 20 provinces/cities. To successfully develop preschool education innovation, preschool teachers are a particularly important human resource. They need to be compensated meet the implementation capacity consistent with the current innovation in preschool education. This is a basic, radical and proactive solution. The article identifies the required competencies of preschool teachers to meet preschool education innovation, thereby proposing the development of a training program to meet those implementation competencies.
