This descriptive qualitative research explores the leadership and communication strategies in West Kelumpang District. Findings show that democratic leadership plays a significant role, allowing employees to provide input and discuss policies openly. Leaders set examples through discipline and proper conduct, which fosters a disciplined work environment. Communication within the organization is structured through briefings that define tasks and responsibilities. Meetings are also held to review past performance and plan future actions. The district utilizes upward, downward, and lateral communication, often through informal channels. Leaders maintain an exemplary attitude, serving as role models for their subordinates.
