This study explores the challenges in implementing the Accelerated Stunting Reduction Program in Indonesia's 3T regions (frontier, remote, and underdeveloped areas), particularly in Barito Kuala Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that economic constraints, limited healthcare access, cultural beliefs, and low parental awareness are key barriers to effective program implementation. Recommendations include enhancing economic support, improving healthcare accessibility, and employing culturally sensitive communication strategies. The study emphasizes the program’s alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in reducing hunger, improving health, and promoting equality, as essential to achieving long-term sustainable development in these regions.
