The Engagement of the Federal Notarial Chamber in Expert Examination of Draft Laws on Notarial Matters is Relevant

The article considers certain provisions of the Fundamental Principles of the Law on Notaries of the Russian Federation and other federal laws, which, in the opinion of the authors, require amendments or invalidation. This is based on the powers of the Federal Notarial Chamber to conduct expert examination of draft federal laws on issues related to notarial activities established by Article 30 of the Fundamental Principles of the Law on Notaries of the Russian Federation.
