Reformation of the Institution of Inheritance in Russia: The Legal Retrospect (The Late 19th to the Early 20th Century)

The study presents a retrospective of inheritance legislation at the end of the 19th — beginning of the 20th centuries, and analyzes the legal acts of the period under review. Conclusions are drawn about the terms used in a specifi c historical era regarding inheritance, the grounds of inheritance, the circle of heirs, and the order of inheritance according to the law.
