Obstruction of cerebral spinal fluid circulation occurs at the aqueduct of Sylvius, leading to progressive hydrocephalus and macrocephaly, which often necessitates cesarean section (CS). The purpose of this study was to describe maternal outcomes associated with fetal AS.
